Owner Operator Requirements
- ✓ Valid AZ or DZ commercial driver's license
- ✓ Own your dump truck (tri-axle, tandem, or quad axle)
- ✓ Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- ✓ Clean driving record and abstract
- ✓ CVOR in good standing
- ✓ Valid commercial insurance ($2M liability minimum)
- ✓ WSIB coverage or equivalent
- ✓ Professional attitude and reliability
Trucks We're Looking For:
16-20 cubic yard capacity, ideal for most fill hauling jobs
10-14 cubic yard capacity, great for smaller sites & tight access
20-24 cubic yard capacity, maximum payload for large projects
High volume hauling, 30+ cubic yards per load

Primarily clean fill, topsoil, sand, gravel, and excavated materials from construction sites. All materials are tested and compliant with Ministry of Environment standards.
Work availability varies by season, but we have consistent projects year-round. Many of our owner operators work 5-6 days per week during peak season (spring through fall) and 3-4 days during winter.
We operate throughout the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, including Milton, Mississauga, Georgetown, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Guelph, and surrounding regions.
Owner operators are typically paid per load. We have a streamlined invoicing process with regular payment schedules. Specific rates are discussed during the onboarding process.
Yes, you must have valid commercial truck insurance with a minimum of $2 million liability coverage, plus WSIB coverage or equivalent. Proof of insurance is required before starting work.
